Technician Training

From basic principles to practical implementation

In our technician training, we not only explain the basic design of your press and its components, but also show you what counts most in daily practice. You learn how good maintenance helps to maximise performance and avoid downtimes – with plenty of opportunities for hands-on practical experience.

Our Technician Training Courses

Objectives:

The participants acquire fundamental knowledge of the individual modules and control components on the press. They are familiarised with the user interface (console) and its interaction with the various press functions, and are subsequently in a position to analyse the causes of electrical errors and to rectify minor disturbances independently.

Content:

  • Introduction to the electrical documentation
  • Functions of the networks in machines
  • Instruction on the components in the machine
  • Overview of press operation

Objectives:

The participants acquire fundamental knowledge relating to the overall design and functions of the applicable Rapida press. They are familiarised with the maintenance instructions and are able to perform arising maintenance tasks and minor repairs independently.

Content:

  • Instruction in all assemblies and their functions
  • Design and function of the main drive
  • Design and adjustment of gripper systems
  • Basic knowledge of cylinder bearings
  • Maintenance instructions

Objectives:

The participants acquire fundamental knowledge of the mechanical and electrical components of a Rapida press and are able to understand their interactions. They are familiarised with the installation locations and function principles of individual parts and can perform necessary setting and maintenance tasks on the components independently.

Content:

  • Overview of the electrical documentation
  • Basic knowledge of sensors throughout the whole press
  • Instruction in the console operating concept
  • Mechanical function principle
  • Function principle of lowpressure air systems

Objectives:

The participants become aware of the necessary maintenance tasks to be performed by different personnel. They are familiarised with the maintenance instructions and are able to perform simple maintenance and service tasks independently.

Content:

  • Explanation of the maintenance instructions
  • Handling of required tools
  • Instruction in the maintenance manage
  • Basic knowledge of cylinder bearings
  • Explanation of filter cleaning and replacement

Objectives:

The participants deepen and consolidate their knowledge of all aggregates and their functions as well as the networks on the machine. The participants recapitulate and expand their knowledge of sensors and troubleshooting on the electrical components of the Rapida and are able to independently perform electrical maintenance activities according to the latest standards.

Content:

  • Consolidating knowledge of all units and functions
  • Electrical maintenance tasks
  • Controle Console operation in case of an error
  • Deepening knowledge of sensors and troubleshooting
