Predictive maintenance

One step ahead: The objective of predictive maintenance is identification of potential interruptions before they affect production. Using methods of artificial intelligence, the machine learns to recognise the signs of an emerging fault in good time, before an actual failure occurs. Unplanned stoppages are avoided and transformed into planned service breaks.

"Artificial Ignorance"

With predictive maintenance, large amounts of data must be collected and processed quickly - with high precision. The "artificial ignorance" method helps here. This allows the data describing the normal behavior of a machine to be separated from the enormous data streams. What remains is the data that indicates the malfunctioning of the machine. Unusual events that lead to a malfunction can therefore be recognized and learned. Service activities are initiated automatically and will have positive effects on the availability and performance of the machine.

Rapida LiveApps

With the Rapida LiveApps, tools for press control and company-wide stores management are made available for mobile devices. Your printers literally hold relevant job data, information on production times, press status messages and maintenance reminders in their hands, wherever they may be. Inventory management becomes a whole new experience, and tracking of the use of particular ink and consumable batches has never been simpler.

Kyana

Beyond digital: Kyana is an AI-based software solution which communicates via voice commands and uses augmented reality to depict the complex inner mechanisms of a coding printing system in an interactive manner. As a smart assistant, Kyana monitors material consumption and detects arising wear in its early stages. Over time, furthermore, the system learns to analyse external influences.
