High Productivity and Quality, Even for Large Print Volumes
The mission for the XG was clearly defined: to develop a highly automated CI flexo printing press for film, paper and cardboard with production speeds of up to 600 m/min, designed to meet high quality and output requirements.
The low-vibration run at maximum speed supports very stable register performance under standard operating conditions. The XG can be configured with 8 or 10 printing units, as well as in the XG LR version with a print length of up to 1,250 mm.
Additional single-printing or laminating units expand the functional range of the machine.
