Modular, Highly Flexible and Powerful
The Commander CL is Koenig & Bauer's flexible 4/2 four-high tower press for the high-performance and top-performance segments. Depending on the cut-off length, speeds of up to 110,000 c/h (55,000 r/h) can be achieved.
The version of the Commander with user-friendly H-type printing units can be tailored to individual requirements thanks to its intelligent modular design. In addition to manual plate changing, semi- or fully automatic plate changers are available to reduce set-up times for frequent short runs – also as a later upgrade. This ensures investment security and the necessary flexibility when production requirements change.
Short set-up and washing times, ease of maintenance, the optimised operating concept with clear displays and cost-efficient operation are your key benefits with this press. Furthermore, the Commander CL can be designed for variable web widths or expanded with a hot-air dryer. Additional options include fast presetting via PressNet and single-button operation via EasyStart and EasyClean-up.
