As in the previous year, the Annual General Meeting of Koenig & Bauer AG on 26 June 2024 will take place with the shareholders present. The Management Board and Supervisory Board have decided to hold the Annual General Meeting as an face-to-face event, as this format offers the ideal opportunity to engage in direct dialogue and exchange ideas. We greatly value the personal dialogue with you. In line with Koenig & Bauer's established practice, all members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board will attend the Annual General Meeting in person at the Vogel Convention Centre.
