More and more Rapida users are relying on support from the manufacturer for evaluation of their production data. Our performance reports are an optional component of Service Select remote maintenance contracts, but can also be ordered separately.
Koenig & Bauer collects a selection of relevant performance data from your Rapida sheetfed offset press via a static VPN connection. Key parameters such as production output, printing speeds and press availability are analysed accordingly. At monthly intervals, you then receive graphic documentation of the most important performance indicators. At the same time, we compare the current values with those from previous months to enable you to identify trends.
