Challenge

Hansa-Druckerei und Verlag in Grevenbroich/Germany was looking to invest in a new press in format 52 x 74 cm. At the same time, various improvements to the current workflows were necessary.

Solution

A print test using formes and materials supplied by Hansa was organised on the Rapida 75 PRO at drupa 2016. The results of this demonstration led to a decision to purchase the press. The Rapida 75 PRO is to be installed in a four-colour configuration with inline coating. CleanTronic washing systems, switched differential drive, energy-saving VariDryBlue IR/hot-air final drying, ErgoTronic ColorDrive for ink density measurement and LogoTronic CIPLinkX as an interface to pre-press are just a few of the equipment features.
