Effortless inline register control with QualiTronic ICR
QualiTronic ICR is an automatic inline register measuring system. A sensor system is integrated directly into the press and permits the fully automatic evaluation of register marks in the Koenig & Bauer colour bars. The colour bars can be positioned either at the front or in the centre of the sheet.
Register adjustments can be realised either automatically or at the press of a button. It is equally possible to maintain registration according to a defined reference sheet. Corrections are calculated for the lateral, circumferential and diagonal register.
QualiTronic ICR can be combined with all other QualiTronic components for colour control and sheet inspection.
